Ingredients
2 scoops Vanilla Ice-Cream
1 ¼ cup Corn Cereal
½ tbsp Ground Cinnamon
2 tbsp Sugar
For garnishing Chocolate Syrup, Pomegranate Seeds and Mint Leaves


Method
● Freeze the scooped out ice cream balls overnight.
● Melt butter in a pan on medium heat, add corn cereal and cinnamon and cook until
golden brown.
● Remove the pan from heat and stir in sugar, then place in a shallow bowl to let it
cool.
● Roll the ice cream balls in cereal mixture, fry them in oil at 375°F for 10 to 15
seconds.
● Garnish with chocolate syrup, pomegranate seeds and mint leaves.
