résumé
Est devenu le sujet de la légalité de la décision du contrôle administratif et
judiciaire par un axe de recherche et de la mission dans le monde du droit
et de la justice administrative, il est en théorie est une zone fertile pour la
recherche dans la plupart des problèmes et d'importantes questions
doctrinales controversées. Sur le plan technique, cet article REO graves
difficultés de sa référence de la décision administrative de la nature, et par
conséquent sur l'impact de préjudice des droits des individus et leur liberté,
et donc le cas d'annulation est l'un des moyens juridiques de dissuasion, qui
se présente comme une barrière imperméable contre les décisions

Abstract
The subject of the legality of administrative decision and the control of the
judiciary is one of the research axes and important in the world of law and
administrative justice, in theory is a fertile area for research in many of the
