“I captured the Christmas comet,
Comet 46P/Wirtanen, making a
close approach to the Earth on
15 December. In the night sky
it could be found close to the
Pleiades, an open cluster also known as Messier 45.
I’ve also been interested in photography for as long
as I can remember, so it  was only a matter of time
before I started to combine it with astronomy, and
a life-long passion for astrophotography was born.
Over the years  I have travelled the world searching
for some of the most wonderful sights in nature
to observe and photograph such as solar eclipses,
comets and displays of the Northern Lights.”
