exclusive. Known for her distinctive interi-
ors that are as sophisticated as they are fun,
DeLapp takes a bold, more-is-more approach
when it comes to her designs, opting for
maximalism over subtlety every time.
“I’m a huge fan of vintage pieces,
whether that be furniture, lamps, or rugs,”
DeLapp says. “They bring so much character
and soul to a design that you can’t get when
you buy everything new. I like to start there
and build the room around it.”
“I’m color obsessed and love adding
pops of color through art, wallpaper, or a
lacquered piece of furniture. Clients come
to me when they want to incorporate more
color into their homes but aren’t sure where
to begin,” she continues. “I definitely have
a bolder design aesthetic. Mixing patterns,
colors, and textures is what I enjoy most.”
