Our first recipe is a delicious bircher muesli, the
perfect kick-start to your morning with a protein
shake. Next up we’ve got a chicken pesto pasta,
a tasty and easy dish to prepare for the week ahead.

  • 600ml almond milk

  • 50g dried cherries

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 25g lemon juice

  • 25g maple syrup

  • 300g oats

  • 30g pumpkin seeds


METHOD



  1. Mix all the
    ingredients
    together thoroughly.

  2. Portion and place
    in the fridge for
    24 hours+
