he magnificent view of Marina Bay’s skyline greeted UOB
Reserve Cardmembers and their guests as they entered
the Sky Lounge at Aura, situated atop the National Gallery.
The private event, jointly organised by UOB and epicure,
was marked by sumptuous delights and highly rated Italian
wines. Waitstaff circled the space with canapé trays of
Truffle Arancini, two-year-old Parmigiano chunks, and Green
Asparagus in Truffle cream and coffee soil, and flutes of
Prosecco-style Fashion Victim Rose.


CornerStone Wines was the wine sponsor for the night
and brought in Riccardo Bogi, sales manager of Argiano, and
Stefano Gagliardo, chief winemaker of Poderi Gianni Gagliardo
to share about the unique characteristics of their wineries.
Chef Beppe de Vito, one Michelin-starred chef of Braci
and owner of ilLido group, designed a special menu to
complement the best vintages from the two wineries.
Each of the four dishes served that night was paired with a
wine each from Argiano and Poderi Gianni Gagliardo.

Reserved for the best
In partnership with epicure, UOB held an
exclusive dinner for its Reserve Card circle
and their guests at Aura.
