How are you
feeling post-
OITNB?
I was really
preparing myself.
It’s sad and a loss for
sure, but there were
so many wonderful
experiences.

FANTASYThis is The Avengers for cynics. Idol-
ized by the public, the superheroes, who
make up the league known as the Seven, are
owned by Vought, a sinister corporation
that controls them as a profit-generating
brand. They fight crime, of course, but slop-
pily. Racing to save the day, superfast
A-Train (Jessie T. Usher) runs through a
poor woman as she steps off the curb. He
doesn’t leave much behind for forensics.
(Launches July 26)
OITNB has been
a game changer
in so many
ways—about race,
about sexuality.
You must
treasure that.
This isn’t just a
job. It really is
something bigger
than that.
And now you’re
a mom to Ella,
who’s nearly 2,
with husband Ben
Foster. Tell us
about that.
Motherhood
has changed
everything. Now
I know what real
stress is, taking care
of a child—which
is also the biggest
gift I could ask for.
When I go to work
now I’m like, “Okay,
this is just a problem
we need to solve.
No big deal.”

MOVIE| Mike Wallace Is Here
DOCUMENTARY60 Minutes correspondent^
Mike Wallace, father of Fox News host Chris
Wallace, was one of the uncompromising hard-
hitters of TV journalism. But this well-done
film reminds us that he had a huge chip on his
shoulder—he was ashamed of his early, glib
days as an actor in commercials and a host of
game shows—and suffered from depression
severe enough that he once attempted to kill
himself. If he was an intimidating interviewer—
we see him taking formidable Bette Davis down
a peg or two, then asking Eleanor Roosevelt why
people hate her—he himself is an excellent
subject. (In limited release July 26, PG-13)
