days of volunteer time off (VTO) to work with
any nonprofits they feel passionate about, be
it building homes in Cambodia or improving
local schools. For the month of March 2019,
the company challenged staffers to perform
19,000 hours of service to mark its 19th birthday
(they hit 19,515). “VTO just makes you feel so
great, showing up for your community,” says
Ann Weebly, senior director of workforce
innovation. “It’s embedded in our culture.”
