a home for a mother of three in Zambia, where
he bonded with local kids. “They’d play soccer
in the road, barefoot, on dirt and rocks,” says
Wright, who’s planning a 2019 trip to the small
African country of Lesotho. “We’d teach them
games we play here—duck-duck goose was
a new one. I’ve got pictures of us all sobbing
when we were leaving.”
