he village turns into
the Wild West this week
for a murder-mystery
event. But little do the
locals realise that one resident
may be about to cark it for real.
Poor Tracy looks destined for
that great saloon in the sky as shebecomes trapped in a blaze at the
factory, caused by Kerry and Amy.
The American extravaganza
has been organised byBernice,
who recently split from Liam after
wrongly thinking he was a crazed
killer. She promotes it as a charity
event, but the truth is she knowsthat the dishy doc is a fan of murder
mysteries, and hopes it will be the
perfect way to win him back.
Liam insists he’s not attending,
but Bernice changes his mind by
making him town
sheriff, and she swoons
as he arrives on Main
Street on horseback.
Jamie, Ellis and Billy
are also in the saddle,
and Billy’s ex, Tracy,
likes what she sees.
The former lovers
spend the day flirting, and finally
get it on. When the factory is later
temporarily closed and Billy says
he needs to call in and sort out the
stockroom, Tracy decides to lie in
wait and give him a saucy surprise.
As Tracy awaits Billy’s arrival,
Kerry and Amy sneak in. Earlier,
Kerry has stolen the factory’s charitycollection to pay off a woman Amy
owes money to, and they’re trying
to cover their tracks.
‘Amy reminds her mum that
she’s probably been caught on
CCTV,’ says Laura
Norton, who plays
Kerry. ‘So they
attempt to return
the money, but make
a really bad decision.’
‘Against her
better judgment,
Amy thinks, “We
could just get rid of the evidence
and keep the money,”’ adds Natalie
Ann Jamieson, who plays Amy.
The pair sabotage the CCTV and
scarper, but the damage causes a
fire. Tracy’s still in the stockroom
waiting for Billy and, due to a dodgy
door handle, she can’t get out.
