When we want something, we want it now! We live in a society where instant gratifi-
cation has become the norm, health and fitness not excluded. However, a new study
published in the American Academy for Neurology showed that middle-aged women with
high physical fitness were nearly 90 percent less likely to develop dementia decades later,
compared to women who were moderately fit. It’s time to change our mindsets when it
comes to our health and fitness and look more towards the future than the immediate now,
keep going! Your body and mind will thank you later.
