WHAT SPECIAL PREPARATIONS DO
YOU MAKE FOR A FITNESS
PHOTOSHOOT AND DO THEY DIFFER
FROM A GLAMOUR SHOOT?
The physical preparation is the same.
It's the emotional preparation that's
different. For a glamour shoot I have
to be sultry, more inviting. I enjoy the
fitness shoots because I get to show
the strong me, the driven me.


YOU OFTEN TRAVEL TO SHOOT ON
LOCATION AND THAT CAN MAKE
STICKING TO YOUR TRAINING AND
NUTRITION ROUTINE
DIFFICULT. WHAT STEPS DO YOU
TAKE TO ENSURE THAT YOU STAY ON
TRACK?
Honestly, when I'm on shoot the
schedule is so tough and we really do
work hard. I often don't have time
to work out. I just try to eat healthily
and get as much sleep as I can and
remember to take those stairs instead
of the elevator!


HOW DO YOU BALANCE YOUR
CHALLENGING MODELLING SCHEDULE
WITH YOUR FITNESS SCHEDULE?
In between shoots of course I'm
working out as much as possible, right
before a shoot I always rev it up.


PHOTOSHOOTS CAN BE EXTREMELY
INTIMIDATING, WHAT TIPS CAN YOU
GIVE US ON HOW TO MAKE THE
EXPERIENCE MORE FUN AND LESS
STRESSFUL?
I've really been fortunate in that I've
had great photographers. When you
have a connection with your photog-
rapher it is so much easier. Of course,
you will also have to go in with that
inner confidence.

PURSUING A FITNESS MODELLING
CAREER?
If modelling is your dream, keep
working at it. It is hard work, but
never give up. I am so glad I didn’t!
