I follow a very basic nutrition policy of a healthy, balanced
et, eating as much foods from the earth as possible,
utting out processed foods and generally avoiding foods
hat are contained in packages. We get organic veggies
elivered to our cottage on the farm, so I love to eat plenty
easonal vegetables. I also fi ll my diet with plenty of
uperfoods, such as chia seeds, oats, goji berries, spirulina,
aw cacao etc. This generally leaves me with an abundance
f energy for a hectic training and racing schedule, a healthy
ut and I rarely get sick.”
