Kugel Komponents has manufactured its independent
rear suspensions (IRS) since the early 1990s. Using all
new components, Kugel starts with a Winters quick change
or Ford 9-inch third member, proprietary cast-aluminum
housing (two styles), Corvette bearing assemblies, cast-
aluminum hub uprights, either cast stainless control arms or fabricated tube control arms (stainless steel
or mild steel). Two or four coilover shock design, inboard brakes, made with any gear ratio and hub width,
available for almost any vehicle. Available plain, polished, painted or powdercoated.

small- and big-block Chevrolet and Corvette applications. Edelbrock
blocks are a great starting point for any high-performance build. A true Amer-
ican V-8 engine deserves to be started with high-quality iron cast in Amer-
ica. Edelbrock is now offering this option with new engine blocks that are cast
and machined in the USA. These are the same engine blocks used on select
Edelbrock small-block Chevy crate engines as well as their RPM 540 big-block
Chevy crate engine.

Eaton introduced new performance ring-and-pinion gearsets that pro-
vide the opportunity to choose from a variety of options and configura-
tions to increase vehicle performance and improve rear wheel horsepower.
Eaton ring-and-pinion gearsets are available in a wide range of ratios for
Chrysler, Dana, Ford and GM axles. The gearsets come in two varieties: street
and competition, and can be ordered with an optional isotropic Super Finish
process that can increase horsepower from 3 to 5 percent.
