FYI: Not everybody could honour this guy
in the image as Christ in person, because
some of the people lived far away.
So they took this false image of Christ
back to their native lands with them, and
they made unto themselves images of
other gods whom they could honour
closely, so that they may worship their
respective god in the images as if they
were present.

own, and put them in the houses of the
high places which the Samaritans had
