boththeliningandouterfabrictothefoam

thensnipoffthetapedends.Adda bitofglueor
FrayChecktotheropeends.Pushtheotherendof
theropethroughtheothereyeletonthatsideof
thebag,andknotasbefore.Repeattoaddthe
