s 2019 celebrates the Mini
60, my wife Rhonnie and I
had been looking for Mini
60 events to attend just
about anywhere. When I heard about
the Mexico Mini 60, I mentioned on
Facebook that we would try to make
it there. Next thing I knew, an o cial
invitation came from Julio Sanchez of
the host club, Mini Asociados Mexico!
We couldn’t turn it down. As my job
with Mini Sport USA allows me to travel
while working, I went a few days before
Rhonnie and the event. I got a rental car
when I landed in Mexico City and drove
three hours east to the mountains. My
goal was to see the real Mexico, real
people, and not be just in tourist areas.
There was plenty of fun to be had at the Mexico Mini 60 in
March. Mike Guido sought out these heart-warming stories...

As everybody knows, Mini owners
are the best people around the world;
that’s no di erent in Mexico. In fact,
it’s an understatement. Apart from

to excited onlookers.Fabiola was overwhelmed
by the surprise.The family is set for
many miles of happy
