the event, my quest was to meet
Mexicans who have nothing to do
with the Mini scene. Granted, I was
just in a few areas for a few days but I
saw and experienced the same thing
everywhere. Mexicans are kind, always
smiling, happy and helpful, with strong
family bonds. With that said, I wanted
to share a couple of quick Mini tales
before the full story is published.
The fi rst story starts with a Saturday
morning chat with Rodrigo Valles
Gonzalez at the host hotel in Queretaro.
He was telling me about his family and a
surprise he had for them, mainly for his
wife Fabiola. He told me about Fabiola
driving his Sports Pack Mini at a past
