For its third model year, the GTX had already achieved a well-earned reputation as a powerhouse.

With its standard-equipped Super Commando 375hp 440 powerplant, both great acceleration

and huge speed were available to anyone who decided to push hard on the go pedal. Armando

Johnson of Pottstown, PA, built and owns this one, and has added the perfect recipe of modern

performance products to the 440, with many of the chassis and drivetrain benefits currently

available. So, today, this B-Body Mopar not only has even more power but is also well-balanced
