SONOMA SPEED FESTIVAL 2019
“From May 30th to June 2nd, 2019, the
inaugural Sonoma Speed Festival gathered
an extraordinary group of vintage racing
vehicles for a celebration of flat-out wheel-
to-wheel competition at the Illustrious
Sonoma Raceway—one of the world’s
most notable and challenging race tracks
located in the heart of California’s Wine
C o u n t r y.”This inaugural event saw some amazing
race cars hit the track at Sonoma Raceway.
Mercedes AMG showed up with some
amazing vintage sports cars, as well as
Lewis Hamilton’s Championship winning
F1 car! The historic racing throughout
the weekend saw some great competition.
Besides the sports car racing, they also had
some vintage drag racing expeditions!
A “Sip & Savor Pavilion” with carefully
curated vineyard tasting stations from
famed wineries such as Ram’s Gate, Keller
Estate Winery, Williams Seylem, Girard,
Clos Pegasse, Red Car, Three Sticks,
Donelan, Gary Farrell, Sbragia and more.
The Pavilion also feature a curated vodka
station from Hanson of Sonoma Distillery,
along with chef demos by local chefs.
