About MMA Paolo Biotti says: “I think they are a great opportunity for our sports, for all our combat
sports and for martial arts in general. I think MMA is a discipline that can be tought very fast and
effectively, and this does not allow you to give a real judgement and awareness among the new
students, so I think the degrees and belt exams are very important in the path of training, not just
technically, but also morally. I think that sport should be organized and promoted by anyone who
has the will and the interest in a free way and in a free market, but it is important to remember
that our sports and MMAs are like Formula 1, a very spectacular sport, and safe only for those who
are prepared, but that can really put at risk the safety and the life of people in every match, this is
why they must be taught by highly competent professional people. It is often not easy for families
who think about the sport education of their children, or for young competitive athletes, to really
understand who is the instructor, that they face, and they give full responsability for their childs.”
