Our friends at Edelbrock not only make tons of great performance upgrades for us enthusiasts, but now you can also wear the brand that
has been making Fords faster for over 80 years. Edelbrock’s release of its apparel and accessories features four distinct lines. See them
all at edelbrock.com/shop/apparel.html. Shelby’s original 1967 G.T. 500 Super Snake that was built as a tire validation tool for Goodyear
(and has been part of a Canadian collection for several years and out of sight of the public) has been graciously loaned to the Shelby
Heritage Center in Las Vegas, where it will be displayed through the fall. For information and to visit see shelby.com. We all know ididit
for its line of steering columns and related components, but ididit has also been offering Vintage Wires, a line of “old-school” fabric-
covered spark plug wires. To better serve the line acquired in 2017, ididit has rebuilt its product website at vintagewires.com.

N

ow that the big grand opening and 55 Years
of Mustang events are in the rearview
mirror, the folks at the Mustang Owner’s
Museum (mustangownersmuseum.com)
in Concord, North Carolina—just a stone’s
throw from Charlotte Motor Speed-
way—are steadfastly working on events within the museum,
outside the museum, and at neighboring properties. These
events will run the gamut from free-to-attend public events
to privately held events within the museum itself.
The first event announcement comes barely six weeks
after the grand opening festivities and will be a free monthly
event. Held on the last Saturday of every month, Fords at
the Museum is open to all Ford vehicles on these Saturday
mornings. Beginning at 7 a.m. and ending at 10 a.m., Fords
at the Museum offers a great early morning destination that
won’t get in the way of your regular Saturday schedule. The
museum’s paved parking areas in front of and behind the
museum and the large grass lot across the street offer plenty
of room; however, parking is first come, first served, and
group/club parking must park in the grass lot.

The Mustang Owner’s Museum will be open during
these Saturday morning events and there’s discounted
ticket pricing for just $8 per person; children 15 and under
are admitted for free. Fords at the Museum will be held
August 3, September 28, October 26, November 30, and
December 28. If you’re on Facebook, you can find the event
page at facebook.com/events/1215607615282017 to sign up
and share with your friends.
