ON THE COVER
This month’s cover comes to you courtesy of contributor Richard Prince; he shot Brent “Fat Man” VanDervort’s 1968 convertible
in its normal state—cruising with the top down. The other two cars were shot by Scotty Lachenauer (1969 Shelby) and Al Rogers
(Black Jade Boss 429) during their adventures on the road. Up top, Richard Holdener went to his happy place, the dyno cell at
Westech, to test out TorqStorm’s new centrifugal supercharger on the 302 dyno-mule engine that you’ve seen us build over the last
few issues. Five hundred seventy-eight horsepower should make for a nice but wicked street motor, don’t you think?
