WHAT IT ENTAILS
“The first step of the facial started off
with a diamond peel that aims to resurface
and smoothen the top layer of my skin
through a mild exfoliation. This step feels
like there was a tiny vacuum clearing out
all the dirt and gunk from my face as I
sensed mild suctions. Don’t be alarmed
by the word peel because this tiny device
doesn’t require any numbing as it only
works on your epidermis. Hence, it
doesn’t hurt at all.
The second and third steps see the
application of AHA and BHA acids
on my skin. Once again, the amount
used is only sufficient to work its magic
on the surface of my skin and unlike
dermatologist-grade chemical peels, this
requires no downtime whatsoever. Both
are used in combination with the diamond
