HONEY, TAHINI, AND
SMASHED-BERRY SANDWICH

Mix 2 tablespoons tahini, 1 teaspoon
honey, and a pinch of kosher salt in a
small bowl until smooth. Divide between
2 slices seeded whole-grain bread
(toasted if desired) and spread evenly.
Arrange ½ cup raspberries on 1 slice in a
single layer. Smash fl at with a fork. Sprinkle
2 teaspoons chopped pistachios on the
other slice. Sandwich the 2 slices together.
Serve immediately or wrap and keep at
room temperature for up to 6 hours.
