You will need
● Layered Peonies
stamp & die set
● white cardstock
● Claritystamp masking sheets
● Fossilized Amber, Worn
Lipstick, Aged Mahogany
& Hickory Smoke Ranger
Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Ink
● enamel dots

● 3D foam pads

● blending sponge

● stamp-positioning

Simply make

1 Create a masked border on

the bottom third of the card

HOW TO: use your layering stamps

1 Stamp the solid base image
onto white cardstock using
the lightest ink shade.

2 Place the outline stamp over

the base layer – a stamping

platform can make lining up

the placement easier.

3 Line up and stamp the

inner shading part of the

image using a darker ink –

this will really add to

the effect of dimension.

4 The base and outline images

can be stamped in a different

order, but the shading part

should usually be stamped

last so that it sits on top of

the other ink.

Oxide Ink along the line to

create an ombré effect.

2 Stamp all three layers of the

peony on a separate piece

of white cardstock using

the yellow and pink Distress

Oxide Ink, allow to dry then

die-cut, cutting out the

central section too.

3 Stamp leaves on the card

front before adhering the

 ower over the top, securing

the central section using

3D foam pads. Stamp the

sentiment in Hickory Smoke

ink and embellish with

enamel dots to  nish.
