Simply make
1 Stamp the peony stamps
twice in grey ink across the
bottom-right corner of a
panel of white cardstock.
Stamp again onto a piece
of copy paper and cut out
masks for them.

2 Cover the stamped peonies
with the masks and gently
blend Fossilized Amber and
Spun Sugar Distress Oxide
Ink onto the panel.
3 Blend in from opposite
corners of the panel, letting
the colour fade out towards
the centre. Remove the
masks to reveal the white
 owers, then layer the
panel onto grey cardstock.
4 Stamp the peony for a third
time on a separate piece
of white cardstock and
die-cut. Add shading and
depth to all three of the
 owers and leaves with a
grey pencil before mounting
the die-cut peony over the
top using 3D foam pads.
5 Stamp and heat-emboss
the ‘THINKING OF YOU’
sentiment onto a piece
of dark grey cardstock, trim
and cut it out. Adhere as
shown and add mini
enamel hearts as a
 nal embellishment.

2 Stamp the outline peony onto
a panel of white cardstock
which has been cut slightly
narrower than the front of an
A6 card blank.
3 Cover that ower with a mask
and stamp again, repeat
over the whole card front,
overlapping the ower images
as you go. Move the ower
around slightly so that they
are not all pointing in the
same direction.
4 Die-cut a heart from the
bottom-right side of the
stamped panel and colour
the oral images on the
die-cut heart.
5 Cut the same heart several
more times from dark grey
cardstock, layer together
and add the coloured oral
heart on top.
6 Add a strip of Washi tape
down the left-hand side of
the card front and adhere
the stamped card front on
top of that. Drop the die-cut
heart back into the aperture
that it created. It will be
lifted up by the cardstock

layers underneath.
7 Stamp and heat-emboss the
sentiment onto a piece of

dark grey cardstock and die-cut
with a smaller heart die and
adhere onto the card front.

Try keeping your flowers monochrome and
adding colour to the background instead
