We’re very excited to catch up with Leann Chivers to chat

about all the exciting news from Crafter’s Companion

H

ello everyone! It’s
fabulous to be
back this issue to
share some more
inspirational projects with you
all. We’ve been busy beavering
away here at Crafter’s
Companion HQ to bring you
more fabulous launches at the
beginning of this year and, as
Head of Product Development,
I’ve absolutely loved working
with the team to dream
up some of the amazing
new concepts.
We also love to regularly
share tips and techniques
for using our products,
with our demonstrations on
Create & Craft TV and our
fabulous Crafter’s TV channel,

which has been huge for
us these last few months.
We welcomed the fabulous
Joe Remblance to the team
back in January, who will
be presenting our shows
alongside our experts and
joining in the crafty chat, so
it’s very exciting to have him
on board! It was also the
10-year anniversary since I
joined Crafter’s Companion
earlier this year and I
celebrated a big milestone
birthday, so there have been
lots of celebrations and
exciting things going on
here at CC recently!
For this issue’s projects,
I wanted to showcase our
new FoilPress Stamp ‘N’ Cut

Birthday wishes

Create-a-Card dies, which are
perfect for creating quick and
beautifully foiled cards for a
range of different occasions.
One of the fantastic
features of the FoilPress
is its ability to deliver
 awless foiling across
large surface areas, whilst
also incorporating ultra- ne
detailing. This made it the
perfect t for our Create-
a-Card concept, allowing
you to cut and foil complete
panels and frames in no time!
Here our fuchsia foil has
been used to add a pop of
colour to a black card matt
for a stylish feminine birthday
card, and then made into an
easel card and teamed with a

quick foiled sentiment with a
large butter y easel stopper,
it’s an impactful way to use
this pretty butter y panel
design. My second project
features some extra sparkle
with glitter card matts and a
stunning foiled frame. Its so
quick to make but so elegant,
it’s the perfect go-to design
to create an impressive card
in a hurry. I hope you like
these cards as much as I
do, and if you want to give
these dies a go yourself then
I’d love to see your results
so please share them on our
Facebook page!
