Simply make
1 Apply a 12cm square of white
cardstock and apply Distress
Oxide Ink in strips of colour,
blending between each colour.
Dry ink thoroughly with a
heat tool.

2 Place the stencil on the inked Hello
design and generously pat
the embossing inkpad over
the top, applying a coat of
embossing ink over the whole
area. Remove the stencil and
heat-emboss.
3 Using a blending tool, rub
over the whole design with
Black Soot Distress Ink, then
wipe off the excess ink with
a slightly damp cloth.
4 Die-cut the inked design
with the stitched rectangle
measuring 10.5cm, then cut
two frames, one from fuchsia
and one from turquoise
cardstock, using the 10.5cm,
8.5cm and 7cm dies.
5 Mount the fuchsia frame onto
a tent-fold 9.5x15cm card
blank, then the turquoise
frame using 3D foam pads.
6 Cover the whole area of the
design with embossing ink
and then sprinkle with clear
embossing powder and
heat-set.
7 Attach the inked design to
the card front using 3D foam
pads, stamp the sentiment
and adhere sequins to nish.

border, repeat the process for
the ower in the circle.
3 Tuck the 8.5cm-diameter
stitched circle die under
the ower and butter y and
run through the die-cutting
machine to create an aperture.
4 Die-cut a 10cm-diameter
stitched circle from white card,
colour with Mustard Seed
Distress Oxide Ink. Cut a
piece of Funky Foam the
same size as the stencil and
with a co-ordinating aperture.
5 Lay the panel onto the front
of a folded panel of fuchsia
card blank and trim to an even
border around the panel.
6 Glue the mustard die-cut in
place so that it lines up with
the aperture and add the
Funky Foam and sequins.
Secure acetate to the reverse
of the aperture on the
stenciled panel to create
the shaker.
7 Curl the butter y’s wings
and place 3D foam pads
underneath them to add
dimension. Stamp the
sentiment using VersaFine
Clair ink to nish.

When inking, start off with the
card on a craft mat and gradually
circle onto the card. This will prevent hard lines
