Fancy Die with Frame die set
● Hero Arts Fancy Watering Can
and Flowers die set1 Cut four watering cans from
silver mirror card, two with
the spout on the left and
two with it on the right. Cut
several tulips and leaves
from white card.2 Die cut the framework for
the greenhouse from white
cardstock, fold a piece of
white cardstock to measure
12.5x10.5cm, then place
the fold line inside the
greenhouse outer die-cut
and shaped card base.3 Using a blending brush, apply
Distress Oxide Ink to the front
of the card and then adhere
the white frame over the top.5 Cut a piece of acetate
measuring 7x1cm, fold
to create a 1cm tab at
each end and fold in the
middle to create a ‘W’.
Secure to the joined-up
watering cans.6 Colour the leaves and stems
of the owers, using the
colour-blending chambers to
achieve the shaded effect.7 Glue the trimmed cans to
either side of the inside fold,
leaving the spouts unglued.
Then glue owers onto the
front and back of the joined
watering cans. Glue the
spouts to the insides of the
remaining watering cans.8 Blend Peacock Feathers
Ink inside the card, add
the sentiment and images
as desired. Secure a
heat-embossed sentiment
to the card front to nish.4 Glue the spout of two
watering cans together,
and on the other watering
cans trim off the spouts,
then cut as shown before
colouring using silver
