Sketch challenge


● white cardstock


You will need
●white 7x5” card blank
●Papermania A5 premium
assorted textured cardstock
●Craft Creations
Gingham cardstock
●gold mirror card
●Anita’s A4 Plain Parchment
Pastels vellum paper pack
●3D foam tape
●manual die-cutting machine
●Sizzix Thinlits Easter

Simply make
1 Cover the card front with
a slightly smaller panel of
white cardstock and cut
a wide strip of gingham
cardstock to  t the centre.
Cut out the elements from
the Easter Sentiments die
set from various colours
of cardstock.
2 Layer them up to create
multicoloured elements and
secure to the right-hand
side of the card front, along
with a grass section cut
from pale green vellum.
3 Cut a white and gold

‘Easter’ sentiment and Simply shopping
layer slightly offset to
create a shadow effect.
Cut the ‘HAPPY’ sentiment
from white cardstock

and layer the negative
die-cut onto gold
mirror card. Secure the
sentiments in the top
corner as shown.

● Dymo Home Embossing Label
Maker & tape
● 3D foam tape

Simply make
1 Cut a panel of white cardstock
to measure slightly smaller
panel of white cardstock, cut a
rectangle of green vellum and
secure towards the

right-hand side of the card
front, wrapping around to
secure on the reverse.
2 Cut approximately 50 little
stems of the foliage and
secure together to form a
wreath as shown. Print the
Dymo ‘HAPPY’ sentiment
and secure to the vellum
panel as shown.
3 Cut the ‘Easter’ sentiment
from white and black
cardstock and adhere
together slightly offset to
create a shadow effect.
4 Cut three bunnies from
white cardstock and add
shading using ProMarkers,
before layering to create the
shadow effect and secure
to the card front along with
the Easter sentiment.
