In an effort to provide cleaner fuels in more parts of the Philippines, Total recently opened three new
stations. These are the TOTAL Bongabong station in Oriental Mindoro, TOTAL Pulungbulu in Pampanga,
and TOTAL Boac 2 in Marinduque. This brings to ten the number of stations opened this year.

“Our continuous growth is a testimony to our commitment to bring high-quality and affordable fuels to
more Filipinos,” Total (Philippines) Corporation President and Managing Director Laurent Stouffe says.

Total, which has been present in the Philippines for 21 years, is upscaling its projects in the downstream
oil industry. It now has a growing network of close to 500 service stations nationwide. Last year, it opened
around 50 stations and intends to continue its growth trajectory.

Ayala Foundation has partnered with Microsoft Philippines to launch its
latest digital education project called CodeIT. This initiative aims to provide
underserved Filipino youth access to technology and computer science training,
in order to equip them with the right skills and prepare them for the workplace
of tomorrow.

Reduce fuel consumption with

Raimol additives
Rainchem International, Inc, has introduced
new products that aim to help you reduce your
fuel consumption.

Raimol Titanium Fuel Saver, made for diesel
and gasoline engines, features power and
acceleration improvement. It claims to not only
enhance the engine’s life but also offers high-
caliber corrosion protection.

Meanwhile, Raimol Tribofilm Oil Additive prolongs
engine life and reduces oil and fuel consumption.
It is compatible with all types of engines.

Together with the Department of Education, CodeIT
strives to make an impact in the lives of at least 4,000
students and 120 teachers from public elementary
schools nationwide.

The project is composed of a two-pronged strategy that
starts with a ‘train the trainers’ approach—lead teachers
are trained, who in turn tap partner schools and impart
programming knowledge to new teachers. CodeIT trainers
are also provided with close mentoring and resources
throughout the program.

CodeIT is complemented by computer science lessons
integrated into grades 3-6 classes, as well as computer
science after-hour programs to sustain engagement
among students. Apart from learning how to use coding
platforms, the students also get to develop skills like
critical thinking, problem-solving, logical reasoning,
creativity, and innovation.
