All the restaurants featured in this guide were visited and carefully reviewed by our tasting panel made up of
industry experts, F&B insiders, food journalists, chefs and well-travelled gourmands. Restaurants were considered
within their respective categories of fine dining, smart and casual, and scored accordingly.
