From ondeh ondeh sponge and ming jian kueh crepe,
to kaya and milo tiramisu, there’s almost no stopping the
creativity that’s making waves on the dessert scene with
its timeless favourites.

Two Bakers
The instagram-worthy nostalgia series by Two Bakers is
not only based on traditional favourites many have grown
up loving, but also on those that look the part. Founded by
two friends over a shared love of good food and desserts,
the artisan bakery and cafe has been treating dessert lovers
with enticing creations that keeps diners returning for more.
Must-tries include the sweet and nutty ming jian kueh which
features crepe layers and a salted caramel and peanut butter
flavour; and the creamy paddle pop cheesecake that looks
almost exactly like its namesake. Also on the menu is the
ondeh eclair and home-made pandan hotcakes, as well as
signature savouries such as the sambal prawn risotto.

The Tiramisu Hero
The Tiramisu Hero brings a local twist to the signature Italian
dessert with flavours such as milo, kaya and durian. On top
of having a selection of local flavours to choose from, you
can even customise how moist, sweet and how much alcohol
you’d like in your tiramisu. With the upcoming cherries and
blueberries season, look out for a new range of flavours set
to join the cafe’s tiramisu repertoire.
