of Hainanese chicken rice chips. Created by local
company Flavours of the East (F.EAST), these chips
may not provide the flavours of chicken, stock-infused
rice and chilli, but they offer the lovely fragrance of
ginger and subtle aroma of sesame oil which are
reminiscent of the local dish. The company also
produces chips in other popular local flavours like
laksa, and egg prata with fish curry.
