Singapore’s chilli crab is known for its distinctively

uniquely local dish in the form of a scrumptious chilli

crab seaweed tempura snack. Boasting a deliciously

HAINANESE CHICKEN RICE CHIPS

While you can’t buy one of Singapore’s most popular

local delights—chicken rice—as gifts for your friends

living overseas, you can mail them a pack or two

of Hainanese chicken rice chips. Created by local

company Flavours of the East (F.EAST), these chips

may not provide the flavours of chicken, stock-infused

rice and chilli, but they offer the lovely fragrance of

ginger and subtle aroma of sesame oil which are

reminiscent of the local dish. The company also

produces chips in other popular local flavours like

laksa, and egg prata with fish curry.
