NAGNATA STREETWEAR
“I love what these girls are
doing; their clothes are so
aesthetically pleasing. I think
they’re doing a beautiful job.”
EPSOM SALTS
“I’m a big fan. I’ve been
using them for many
years, but I tend to
blend my own
oils in with them.”

THE BEAUTY CHEF
“I’m a big fan of [Carla Oates]
and everything she does, and
her gorgeous daughter [Jeet]
was in one of our campaigns.”
GWYNETH PALTROW
“I love Goop and I love
[Gwyneth]. She’s incredible.
But I’m not really a fad person,
so I kind of just stick to what I
know [and it] works for me.”

THE MEDICAL MEDIUM
“I’m a fan of Anthony William
and his celery juice. I find him
really interesting, and I think
he’s getting incredible results.”
TRAINERS
“I’m such a ho when it
comes to trainers; everything
from Chanel to Nike.
I’ve got too many pairs,
but I love them all.”

JODHI’S GO-TO WELLNESS STAPLES

BENEFITS: this is the
ultimate pose to stretch
the entire body! It
increases spinal flexibility,
opens the chest and can
even stimulate the thyroid
and pituitary glands.

mental health. There’s so much
information now; it’s important
for people to pick and choose
what’s relevant to them.”

Is that where your yoga practice falls in?
“Yes, yoga, as a practice, will teach you
that anyway. But sometimes for me,
being healthy is not about being on
the mat. Sometimes it’s about sitting
at home on the couch with your dog
and eating pizza, which I think is
a really healthy thing to do.”

Is there a yoga pose that you
love the best?
“Sun salutations are a beautiful
sequence, and I think the sentiment
behind them is so special because it’s
greeting the morning and bowing
down to the sun. But I also love
inversions, which are normally
done at the end of the class. I love
getting upside down. Headstands
are probably my favourite.”

What do you get out of yoga?
“Peace. Peace is the highest happiness.
That’s my mantra, and that’s what I
look for more than immense joy or
emotions. Peace is something that
I think is really attainable through
anything. We’re all going through ups
and downs in life, but I think inner
peace is the one [thing] that we can
carry with us through everything.”
