WHEN DID YOUR JOURNEY INTO
HEALTH AND FITNESS START?
I started modelling at 17, so getting
into shape and staying fit became a
lifestyle. When my friends were out
having fun, I was in the gym. After my
cancer treatment, I was more driven
than ever to stay fit and healthy.

AS AN INTERNATIONAL COVER
MODEL, IT’S IMPORTANT THAT YOU
ALWAYS STAY IN FANTASTIC SHAPE
ALL YEAR ROUND. HOW DO YOU
ACHIEVE THIS?
It is important to keep a regular
workout schedule. I also have a great
trainer Michael Ambrose who changes
up my routines to keep it interesting
while staying on track with my goals. 

WHAT ADVICE CAN YOU GIVE OUR
READERS ON TAKING THEIR FIRST
STEPS IN BECOMING FITTER AND
HEALTHIER?
The best advice I can give anyone is
to try different things and to get to
know your body. The same thing is
not going to work for everyone. I
know what works for me and you
must figure out what's going to help
you achieve your goals.

WHAT IS YOUR TRAINING AND
NUTRITION PHILOSOPHY?
I discuss my goals with my trainer. We
talk about the routine and my diet
and create my plan. There are certain
foods I stay away from and I also get
plenty of sleep. 

WHAT IS YOUR TAKE ON
SUPPLEMENTATION?
Supplements are a personal decision;
you must do the research and
decide whether or not it's best
for you. Right now, I'm in the process
at looking at a supplement that I may
start using but again you should take
the time do the necessary research to
see if it fits your workout regimen and
your goals.

WHO HAS BEEN YOUR FITNESS
INSPIRATION AND WHY?
I can't say that it’s any one particular
person. I think that I draw inspiration
from the many different people that I
come into contact with or read
about. I take something from each of
them.
