Greek Salad
A classic Greek dish, with vine tomatoes,
cucumbers, red peppers, red onions,
Kalamata olives and feta cheese. We create
a French-style vinaigrette, which adds a
salty-sweet balance to the salad.

Spanakopita (spinach pie)
Spanakopita is a delicious savoury Greek pie made of perfectly crispy layers
of phyllo dough and a comforting filling of spinach, leek, dill and feta cheese.
To ensure it remains moist, we make ours in small rolls. It’s also far
easier to eat.

Spicy red pepper dip
Typically, this dish from the Northwestern region of Greece is made with feta cheese and
roasted red peppers. In our kitchen, we add a little North African chilli paste, which adds a nice
little kick.
