ALTER
- The featured embroidery design is
slightly larger than the purse flap.
To alter the purse flap, extend the
upper edge ¾ ", keeping the snap
placement marking in the same
location (A). - In addition, reduce the design
to 92% on the machine before
embroidery. If you’re unable to
reduce the design size, add ¼ " to
the purse-flap lower and side seam
allowances (B). - After altering the purse flap pattern,
trace the pattern onto a new piece
of pattern tracing paper; transfer
the seam allowances. - Position the exterior main panel
pattern on a flat work surface.
Reposition the snap placement
marking to 4" below the upper
edge along the center edge.
