Fragrant cumin and cinnamon give ground
beef a Mediterranean-inspired upgrade that’s
perfect for easy weeknight yum Slicing a lot of cherry tomatoes
can be quite time-consuming—
unless you know this easy trick:
Corral the tomatoes in a single
layer on a plastic container lid;
place another lid over the toma-
toes, gently holding it in place
with one flat hand. Then use a
long serrated knife to carefully
slice between the lids to cut all of
the tomatoes in
half with one
swipe. Done
in less than
half the time!

cherry tomatoes fast

Heat grill pan over medium-high. Grill
flatbreads, flipping once, until heated,
about 2 min. per side.

In nonstick skillet over medium-high heat,
cook beef with next 5 ingredients, stirring,
until beef browns and liquid evaporates, 12–15
min. Remove from heat; stir in chopped mint.

Spread hummus over flatbread. Top with
beef mixture and tomatoes. Garnish with
fresh mint leaves.

1 onion,chopped
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

mint leaves +

1 cup roasted garlic
hummus
1 cup cherry tomatoes,
halved
