Prepare with water according to box instructions. Shape
into 4 (^1 ⁄ 2 " t hick) disks. Rol l each into 8" round. Crimp
edges; prick center with fork. Transfer to baking sheets.
Chill 30 min. Bake until golden, 15–18 min.; cool. Mix
cheese, zest and remaining sugar; spread over crust. Top
with nectarines, strawberries and blueberries.

Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 2-qt. ba k ing dish; place
on rimmed baking sheet. In bowl, mix berries,^1 ⁄ 2 cup
sugar and orange zest; transfer to baking dish. In sepa-
rate bowl, mix baking mix and remaining sugar. Stir in
milk. Coat tablespoon with cooking spray. Drop dough
by rounded tablespoonfuls onto filling. Bake until bis-
cuits are baked through and golden, tenting with foil if
browning too quickly, 45–50 min. Cool on rack.
