summer — well, kind of. Though the
makeup mogul calls a $12 million space
in Hidden Hills., Calif., home, she’s
currently dropping $450,000 a month
on this 11,622-square-foot Malibu pad to
be closer to the beach. The Mediterranean-style
six-bedroom dwelling is familiar territory for the
reality star, as it happens to be where pals Gigi
and Bella Hadid grew up. (Their mom, Yolanda,
built the mansion in 2009 during her marriage
to David Foster, and the former couple sold it
for a staggering $19.5 million prior to their 2015
divorce.) Everything about the three-acre
property screams luxury: The master
suite boasts a balcony with ocean views
and two gigantic walk-in closets, while
downstairs there’s a fully equipped gym
as well as a recreation room that features
a full bar and billiards table. Floor-to-
ceiling glass sliders in the living room
open to the loggia, and just a few steps
away is the Instagram-worthy infinity-
edge pool, where the lip kit queen has
already snapped plenty of shots with her
and boyfriend Travis Scott’s 16-month-old
