rom reports of divalike demands to
butting heads with sister-in-law
Duchess Kate, being the new girl at
Buckingham Palace hasn’t been easy
for Duchess Meghan. And according
to an insider, the former actress is channeling
all her stress into a hush-hush habit: spending
money on the internet! “She’s always enjoyed
online shopping, but now that she’s home on
maternity leave [with baby Archie, 1 month],
Meghan’s confided that she’s secretly been
using it to quell her boredom,” the insider
tells OK!, adding that the Suits alum tries her
best to keep her purchases from Prince
Harry, 34. “She’s been shelling out a fortune
on fancy baby clothes and a few treats for
herself as well. It’s burning a serious hole in
her pocket, and poor Harry has no idea.” But
his cousin does! According to a source, word
recently got back to Princess Anne’s
daughter, Zara Tindall (inset), 38, who wasn’t
happy. “The whole thing left a very bad
taste in Zara’s mouth. She finds
Meghan’s spending excessive,
and doesn’t like that she’s
keeping Harry in the dark,”
says the source, adding that
the women recently had a
chilly chat about the issue
— and have been locked in a
feud ever since. “Meghan’s
keeping her head up, but she’s got
to be worried right now. Zara has a lot of
influence in the family, and one harsh word
could damage her reputation for good.”
