For Dressing:
1.Place all ingredients
except grapeseed oil in
food processor.


  1. Turn on food
    processor. Slowly drizzle
    oil into the processor as
    it’s spinning and the
    dressing is slowly
    emulsified.

  2. If the consistency is
    too thick, slowly add a
    little bit of water as you
    spin the dressing.


For Salad:


  1. Place greens in mixing
    bowl along with a
    pinch of salt and
    Caesar dressing. Mix
    thoroughly until greens
    are evenly coated in
    dressing.

  2. Place dressed
    greens on a plate and
    garnish with Parmesan
    ribbons, anchovies
    (if desired), chive
    batons, and chervil.
    Enjoy!
