Peanut Butter
Mocha
Mix a shot of espresso with
2 tsp of cocoa powder and
2 tsp of smooth rich roast
Meridian peanut butter and
100ml of boiled water and
mix until all smooth and
combined. Whisk in 100ml
of steamed milk and top with
a dusting of cocoa.
Add sweetener to taste.

Avocado Toast
Cover a slice of toast
generously with smooth
rich roast Meridian peanut
butter, top with slices of ripe
avocado, a squeeze of lime,
sprinkle of chilli flakes and
a few coriander leaves.
