Arkady started training in 2004
at the age of 17. He wanted to
gain muscle mass quickly and
after a trainer in the gym
spotted his determination to
succeed, he offered to prep
Arkady for a competition. After
7 months of prep, he competed
in his first show as a Junior and
finished 3rd. This show was the
confidence boost Arkady
needed to train harder and
become the Heavyweight Pro
he is today.
After in 2014 after 10 years
of training, he became
Champion of Russia, competing
at 113 kg. He decided to
compete at International level
and prepped for the 2015
Arnold Classic for an entire
ye a r.
This hard graft paid off,
winning him the show and
seeing him receive his IFBB Pro
Card in Madrid from Arnold
Schwarzenegger himself.
