A1: Stand with your
feet apart and hands
by your side


A2: Slowly raise your
hands in front of you
(underhand)


A3: Keep your elbows
in and raise hands out
in front of you


B1: Get in a press-up position using the bars

B2: Slowly lower your chest to the floor

B3: Push away from the floor back to starting
position

C1: Hold the plate in
front of you in the
centre of your chest

C2: Begin to push
the plate away from
your chest

C3: Keeping
elbows in, finish with
your arms straight
and squeeze your
chest
