last year, Joe knew

he had the potential

to realise his dream

of becoming an

IFBB Physique Pro.

He set himself the

goal of achieving

pro status in 2019.

D

etermined to succeed,

Joe dived into a short and

brutal prep for the 2 Bros

Pro Show on the 31st March,

dropping an impressive 12kg

in just 6 weeks. Once again

though, he just missed out on

the chance to take his pro card,

placing 2nd in his height class.

It wasn’t until Joe flew to Denmark for the

Scitec World Show, exactly 5 years on

from his ever physique competition, that

he FINALLY took the win and was

awarded a prestigious IFBB Pro card.
