Where can we find some Lucky Charms? Nathan’s approach to dieting is all about balance, which is key to the sustainability of any well-thought-out diet plan. If
Nathan can include Pop Tarts and Lucky Charms in his nutrition and still reach those enviable levels of conditioning, then more power to him! More impressive is
that this diet represents Nathan’s cutting phase in preparation for a show, so calories are low for a guy of Nathan’s size at just 2,500. Just goes to show what a
carefully constructed plan can include! Nathan says: “I don’t look for quick fixes, short-term answers will only get you short-term results. Find a diet that’s fun and
fits your lifestyle... this way you will not only achieve short but long-term success!” He adds “Dieting doesn’t have to be torture... so don’t punish yourself with fad
diets.” Nathan fasts until 11 as he finds the smaller eating window allows him to feel satiated. We certainly approve of the masses of green veg included in Nathan’s
meals and chicken breast is a bodybuilding staple that will never fall out of fashion! The addition of nuts or nut butters and oily fish for healthy fats will help
maintain hormone balance and some dairy in the form of Greek yoghurt or cottage cheese would provide a hit of calcium.
