The only choice is to eat in

the cab when you find a
quiet spot on an industrial
estate or an empty lay-by for
your 45-minute break.
The problem with this is
the cab either gets stunk out
with the smell of chips
(seductively appetising as
you drive past chip shops,
but decidedly queasy two
